The Secretariat is made up of ten lay people with three-year terms and two clergy with two-year terms. Rotations ensure that only four at a time are replaced each year. Meetings are usually on the first Monday of each month, 6:15 pm, at Diocesan House in Seattle. If you have any items you want to bring to the Secretariat for discussion, please e-mail a Secretariat member directly.
